FRANCOIS ROBINE & ASSOCIES is composed of 10 individuals with experience and complementary backgrounds.

Our valuers have experience in the valuation of all kinds of real estate assets. Our valuations are performed anywhere in France, with the utmost respect for the confidentiality and deontology due to our clients.

The partners of our company are frequently appointed as independent valuers by the Courts (Paris High Court, Business Court, Court of Appeals).

François ROBINE is the managing partner of FRANCOIS ROBINE & ASSOCIES

Recognized valuer by the Paris Court of Appeals, François ROBINE chaired the Paris Court of Appeals approved valuers in business operating values, goodwill recovery and rental values Association from 2002 until 2006.

Author of several papers on rent and goodwill valuation (Actualité Juridique, Droit Immobilier, AJDI, Gazette du Palais, Correspondance de l’Enseigne…) and co-author of the book “ Practice of Commercial Leases” published in 2004 by Dalloz.

He takes part to numerous conferences and regularly teaches at business trainings.

François ROBINE is a member of the French Institute for Real Estate Valuation (IFEI)

He chairs the Bruno BOCCARA Foundation, gathering commercial property professionals sponsoring research works, organizing conferences and publishing opinions


José Martins

José Martins

Recognized valuer by the Paris Court of Appeals for real estate valuation, rental values and goodwill values.

Graduated from the ESPI and Recognised European Valuer (REV).

José MARTINS has more than 14 years of experience in real estate valuation and is a partner at FRANCOIS & ASSOCIES.

He is a member of the French Institute for Real Estate Valuation (IFEI) and in charge of the implantation and follow-up of the REV status (Recognised European Valuer), the first European-wide valuer’s certification.

He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Valuers recognized by the Courts and its Paris branch specialized in real estate valuation, rental values and goodwill values.

He wrote several articles (AJDI, Le Cercle)

He is specifically in charge of global accounts and the valuation of specific assets such as clinics and retirement residences.

He is in charge of rental values, lease rights values and goodwill recovery valuation for foreign investors and retailers.
